Scott Divers is the Founder and Director of Kairos Project Partners, a Chartered Engineer, Fellow of Engineers Australia and Registered Professional Engineer of Queensland (RPEQ – Civil), with over 20 years of experience in the engineering and infrastructure sector.
Scott has built a career leading the successful delivery of complex, multidisciplinary projects across transport, civil, and infrastructure domains. His leadership style is grounded in collaboration, systems thinking, and a deep commitment to aligning project delivery with strategic objectives.
As the driving force behind Kairos Project Partners, Scott brings a unique blend of technical expertise, commercial insight, and project governance to every engagement. He excels at integrating scope, schedule, cost, and risk, enabling informed decision-making and resilient project outcomes.
